But at the beginning I didn't notice that. I was convinced that I had hired the best nutrition and fitness coach, and even promoted them to my friends.

Full of naivety, pride and enthusiasm, I regularly got my groceries from the supermarket, diligently ordered my supplements via Amazon & Co. and went to the gym three times a week.

Three years passed and I got fatter and fatter. But unconsciously I didn't want to admit that, because I was still firmly convinced that I was doing the right thing and had hired the best advisors.

The teasing I received in my environment at the lido and on holiday with insults like "fatty", "fatso" and "butterball", eventually made it peu à peu impossible to deny the fact that I am not muscular, but rather fat.

As in the beginning, after a hard workout I finally stood topless in front of the mirror again and had to admit with my head tilted that I hadn't made any progress despite the hard training and all the effort - because there was still no sign of muscle growth .

I became frustrated because of my lack of progress and angry at the wrong counselling. The frustration tried to demotivate me, but my anger steered against and created in me the will to pay back to everyone who screwed me over and made fun of me.

I didn't give up and an uphill battle began - against myself and all the charlatans and wannabe gurus.

The disappointment I suffered helped me to be more selective at choosing my future sources of information and fitness coaches and to think outside the box, so I expanded my research globally including the English-speaking world and only accepted coaches who practised what they preached.

Because just like today, that seemed to be the main problem with most consultants and coaches like in the past, namely not practising what they preaching to everyone.

After exactly 4 ½ years of hard training and intensive research, I finally found what I was looking for and discovered my English-speaking dream coach, who served me the best tips and tricks in terms of nutrition and training on a silver platter at a price, that I would have been ready to pay ten times.

I consumed and absorbed the knowledge he gave me like crazy, training diligently and eating according to his tips and tricks.

Not even 6 months passed and I could hardly believe it. I stood in front of the mirror after a hard training session and saw the fruits of my efforts for the first time: A six-pack, beautiful lat muscles that resembled the slightly spread wings of an eagle and a slight gorrilla chest and oval shoulders.

The harvest of my seed?

Definitely!

I became happier than ever before and my motivation increased, because I realised I had reached my goal and finally had a dream body like all the great Men's Health and GQ models.

What I couldn't do in 4 ½ years, I managed to do in less than 6 months!

"How could that be?", I asked myself.

I finally realised how important the knowledge and correct implementation of certain rules, methods and strategies are in reality and that in principle it only depends on that whether you ultimately succeed or not - no matter what you do.

Based on this realisation, I had also quickly realised that it could only be due to the lack of realisation and its lack of implementation that I, unlike all the successful internet entrepreneurs, earned so less each month.

Until that day, I always thought I knew everything I needed to know and that I would somehow manage to earn a lot of money one day.

But I suddenly couldn't and didn't want to accept this someday-sometime any more after getting clear about the necessary steps of becoming a millionaire. I didn't want to earn a lot of money someday, but as quickly as possible.

That's why I started again with the selective pick of information sources and coaches, again thinking outside the box as before, but this time not for my fitness training, but for my online business.

My intensive global research on reputable online business coaches and mentors resulted in a total of 3 bull's-eyes after hundreds of dead loss, to which I owe my current success.

If I hadn't been so ambitious in my fitness training back then and hadn't realised how important consulting an experienced coach is for personal success, it would never have occurred to me later that I would have to do the same in my online business in order to become successful.

An experienced coach with up-to-date and sought-after know-how can catapult you decades ahead and make all your competitors look old.

However, many people do not notice this fact and spend their lives being bossed around and bullied by random people in their jobs and lives, while always chasing after other idols instead of taking the reins in their own hands and realising their dreams.

Many people are also unaware of how much financial success can depend on the regular practice of a sport. After all, playing sports is one of the most intensive ways to push one's ambition, stamina and determination to the limit, to surpass oneself in every area of life and to conquer one's own inner weakness.

Sport helps us humans to condition our brains for action and deeds, to renounce passive inertia, to not always waste our precious time with theory, brooding, constant thinking and calculating, but to get up and take the first essential step.

Plans and ideas based on theory and pondering have not yet created a master or a billionaire. It is practice alone that creates the master or billionaire.

Ideas and plans that are not put into practice are like pawns in a chess game, with which, as is well known, not a single game of chess can be won. Practice and implementation, on the other hand, are like the king, the chess piece on which victory and defeat depend.

The most important thing is to start, to begin, because the professional practice of any sport or game, like the professional practice of any business, cannot be learned better than through practice.

Life is a never-ending learning curve, you can never read and learn enough. Devoting your life to theory alone - far from practice - would be a huge waste of time.

Benefiting from the experience of successful coaches, on the other hand, is the smartest thing an aspiring person can do.

So, I don't know about you, but as for me, I suddenly feel like working out in my new in-house gym next door!
